Although the steel of slaughter butcher knife is 4CR13, the heat treatment and cutting process is advanced and the factory sharpness is indeed beyond my expectations.
Of course this steel also dictates that it must be dull quickly, so use it properly and grind it diligently.

All our knives have gone through at least 5 checks and tests before delivering to your hands

Remember to hand wash and dry the knives and put back in holder, no put in dishwasher. Knives should last long time if you follow the protocol

When storing a knife make sure that the edge never comes into contact with other metallic objects.

To extend the using time  of knives, do not cut food directly on the kitchen tile.

The cutting edge of blade is extremely sharp, do not take it by hand when the knife is dropped.

To cut frozen food, please use a special frozen knife
